The Role
The Senior Superintendent Oversees activities and directs subordinates for all procurement department Agency, non-Agency, whether purchases are local or international in order to achieve the general objectives of the Department by creating and developing general policies and regulations, standards and procedures for managing procurement department and to generate systems for facilitating the work of procurement and import activities, Customs clearance, procedures of shipping, ensuring effective and efficient management and optimal use of resources, training and development of technical cadres and create a supportive environment for creativity and flexibility within the department.

Preferred Education:
Degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Qualifications in Materials Management
Preferred Experience:
8 years of Middle East Procurement Experience in Trading/Contracting Companies
Preferred Skills:
- Good Knowledge of freight forwarding & Clearance functions in GCC Countries with exposure to latest trends & Regulations
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Excellent negotiation Skills
- Very good computer skills (MS Office Automation
