The Role
- Maintaining updated records of employees occupying company accommodation and splitting rental costs on relevant departments. Allocating accommodation to new joiners. Accurately record, trace and update inventory for furnished accommodation units.
- Dealing with government authorities in all matters pertaining to office & accommodation. Splitting utility costs on the relevant accommodation unit.
- Controlling, keeping track of & processing furniture grants as per company policy
- Processing Local Purchase Orders (Partial Responsibility)

Requirements
Preferred Education:
Graduate with at least three-year qualification in Commerce or Accounts.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 3 Years of experience working in finance/accounting.
Preferred Skills:
MS Office, reasoning and numerical ability.
