Property/Facilities Mobilisation Manager (Retail)- Doha- Immediate requirement Job Type : Permanent


One of the Leading Contractors in the Middle East with operations in Saudi, Qatar and the UAE are currently developing a number of prestigious High rise developments.
Our client is currently managing their owned assets in-house, in Doha. Therefore seeking an experience Property manager to oversee the mobilisation for a number of High rise Retail and Residential Towers.


One would be responsible for handing over the properties and being the interaction between the contractors and the tenants. To make suggestions on Finance and cost management as well as snagging.

The chosen candidate should preferably have worked in the Middle East, however this is not essential and to have worked in a similar role. One should possess a diplomatic manner and the ability to manage demanding situations. Customer service skills must be second to none and a fluency in English essential. Arabic advantageous.

To have worked in a similar role for at least 4 years and Residential experience is essential. To possess experience with mobilising properties from a Property of FM side.
One should be able to handle al processes, manage a team and implement policies.
