A Major Educational Institute are seeking a Technical Facilities Manager to report into the VP of Services.

Seeking a Facilities Manager to report into the Head of Building Operations, one would be responsible for all services and space planning and all PPM schedules, contract maintenance and building planning.


One would be responsible for control procedures, customer service, MEP and Civil planning and implementing procedures. One would determine logistics with regards to operability.
Preferably one should possess Middle Eastern experience and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical engineering, AUTOCAD experience, a member of BIFM, and at least 7 years experience in a similar role. One must be able to multi task.
