POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor
(Starting basic salary QRs. 105,819; allowances QRs. 64,344 per annum, plus other benefits)

DUTIES: Under supervision of the Facility Manager, the incumbent is responsible for organizing, scheduling, assigning work task, supervising and participating in the performance of work for the various tradesmen that perform maintenance on US Government owned or leased property in accordance with established standards. Incumbent review and provide solutions to technical issues and problems involving systems and equipment, assist in determining where improvements/upgrades can be made in order to provide a seamless operation of equipment and systems critical to the continuing operation of the Post.

QUALIFICATIO NS REQUIRED: Completion of high school studies is required. Incumbent must have a minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems and components, with three (3) years of supervisory experience in, refrigeration and air conditioning technician or electrical field or engineering experience in vertical construction encompassing all electrical, civil and mechanical facets of installation. Level III (Good Working Knowledge) speaking/reading/writing in English is required. Ability to use a computer (Microsoft Office Applications) is also required.
