Sales Executive - UDC Qatar

Job Purpose
The Sales executive’s responsibilities are to maximize the advertising sales for all UDC publications (UDC-Isola and others). His or her role is to help ensure the commercial success of each publication though the constant identifying of new markets and business opportunities
Main activities
- Identifying and contacting customers for UDC-Isola and other UDC-related publications;
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits;
- Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets;
- Acting as a contact between the publication and its existing and potential markets;
- Contacting clients by phone and through direct visits to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
- Advising on forthcoming product special editions and promotions;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales coordinator;
- Reviewing own sales performance;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
- Making accurate, rapid and cost calculations;
Job Requirments
Qualifications: Diploma or a minimum of 2 years of college work.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
