Job Purpose
To perform legal services and carry out all legal responsibilities regarding corporate agreements and all other commercial documents.
Main activities
- Assist in negotiating, drafting, interpreting contracts and provide legal consultancy
- Assist in investigations, and legally advice UDC on legal disputes and claims
- Identify risk areas in UDC corporate contracts
- Review reports and determine risk factors to safeguard the interests of UDC
Job Requirments
- Law degree form an accredited law school
- Minimum 7 years experience as a practicing lawyer
- Excellent communications and interpersonal shills
