Training Manager - UDC - Qatar
- Actively identify and develop employee potential in order to continually increase company performance and employee motivation while securing tomorrow’s workforce.Implement and facilitate (delivery of) where necessary “soft skills” training and organize appropriate specialist training to meet the needs of the organization in line with the approved budget.
- Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the company’s quality assurance processes and measures. Quality assurance processes include both qualitative and quantitative measures of customer loyalty. Measures include dashboards and indexes. Accountable for the design, administration, analysis and continuous improvement of satisfaction surveys, comment cards, audits, assessments and mystery shoppers.
To ensure that all training needs identified are being implemented and that a return on investment is made in achieving the overall objectives of UDC, in providing training to its employees.
Key Skill Sets
- Able to facilitate training up to and including management,leadership training and soft skills
- Experience with Succession Planning
- Experience with Quality Systems
- Naturalisation Process.
- Experience with writing and implementing own training material and the delivery of.
- Effective evaluation and assessment of training.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
- Computer literate especially with presentation software.
