Main objective of job
To acquire new projects in the construction/infrastructure industry and to maintain good relationship with a variety of people for future prospective proposals and projects.
Recommended minimum educational and training
• Should have 5 – 10 years of industry experience and 3-5 years in similar field or related field.
• Experience with various Tender projects, Pre-qualification process and has personal involvement in bidding process.
• Knowledge of product delivery models including Design-Bid-Build
• Familiar with marketing/bidding for new construction with specific emphasis on infrastructure projects ahead in the country
Minimum Skills and Competencies required
• Demonstrates excellent negotiation and communications skills.
• Must have excellent presentation skills ability to make sensible presentations which trigger more projects awards.
• Proficient with MS Office and other technical engineering software.
• Arabic skills would be an advantage.
