Project Architect

Job Title: Project Architect - KEO Int'l Consultant

Requirements: The Project Architect will be responsible for working on multi-discipline design projects, including commercial, residential, tall tower and mixed-use developments. This role will include Architectural Design, Production Drawings, Design Reviews and Design Management.


Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Proven ability in producing concepts designs, client presentations, along with controlling and supervising the design team through to Tender Stage.

• Thorough knowledge of construction materials, standards and codes in reviewing documents in various phases for design intent and a good understanding or Architectural quality.

• Excellent communication and time management skills with experience in coordinating and managing internal Design disciplines.

• Good understanding of architectural detailing with experience in CAD / Revit software.
Qualification: B.Arch Degree.
Experience: Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience.

Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA or AIA is preferred. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy environment would be beneficial.

Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
