Project Director Hospitality Job Type : Permanent

This is a well known and highly respected Architecture and Engineering practice who has been headquartered out of Doha, Qatar, with projects designed and delivered across the MENA region, Asia and the Americas.
A portfolio which spans across Retail, Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Towers, Institutional and Mixed use of award winning designs and proven project delivery.


Currently they invite candidates for Project Director of Hospitality to apply for immediate start.

This individul will be responsible for planning, managing and coordinating activities of assigned projects in the Pre Contract (Design) Stage to ensure that the Client & Company’s objectives are successfully achieved, whilst adhering to contract terms including time frame and quality of design/documents etc.

The applicant must be having an outstanding level of experience in reputed Hospitality/Hotel/Leisure projects with good exposure to Shell & Core (Base-Build) Design, Interior Design/FF&E, Façade, Lighting, BOH and other associated amenities viz. Food & Beverage, Spa, Retail, Landscape, Waterscape etc.

With 15 years experience post graduation of an Architecture/design or Engineering Degree, with 3-5 years in the Middle East recently, this individual will be in a Senior/Management position in a reputable Architecture and Consultancy already in the Gulf.

With excellent presentation skills, client negotiation and liaison ability, proficiency in industry related softwares and MS Office, written and verbal Arabic and English skills, this person will be commercially minded with a strong appreciation for quality and innovative design.

Large scale project experience and management of large multi disciplined teams will be proven through a committed work history showing dedication to one’s employer.
It would be ideal for candidates to have experience in Sustainable Design and have Professional membership with internationally recognised bodies, LEED – AP ideal.
