Job Purpose
- To perform legal services and carry out all legal responsibilities regarding Perform legal services to the company and carry out all legal responsibilities regarding corporate agreement and all other commercial documents.
- Provide legal support for the businesses and monitoring legal risks.
- Ensure all legal documents are verified thoroughly in respect of all required legal formalities.
Main activities
- Assist in negotiating, drafting, interpreting contracts and provide legal consultancy
- Assist in investigations, and legally advice the company on legal disputes and claims
- Identify risk areas in UDC corporate contracts
- Review reports and determine risk factors to safeguard the interests of the company
- Job Requirments
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience as practicing lawyer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
